Across six transformative days, you'll move through release, reconnection and renewal, guided by EFT tapping, NLP, breathwork, embodiment practices, energy healing and somatic coaching.

A joyful day of colour, art and rhythm. Explore the heart of Abidjan, from artisan markets to coastal cafés, and experience the pulse of Ivorian soul.

Embody your transformation: Forêt du Banco and Domaine de Bini
Let the new you land. A serene day in sacred nature with forest bathing, clay rituals, mindful flow, restoration rituals and slow meals under the trees. Reconnect with earth and essence.

Our private retreat venue blends calm, culture and coastal charm: ocean breeze, lush gardens, candlelit dinners and quiet corners for reflection.
Spacious ensuite rooms, elegant décor and intimate gathering spaces give you everything you need to unwind deeply and connect authentically.
Every detail is curated to awaken serenity, from sunrise meditations to sunset circles by the sea. Massage and self-care add-ons are available to elevate your experience further.

Payment plan: £300 deposit plus one further payment, with the final instalment processed by 31 October 2026.
For a payment plan, email lateam@otentikcare.co.uk once you've paid your deposit to request a payment plan agreement adapted to you. The retreat fee is non-refundable and required to secure your place.

Your host, Patience
Patience is a deeply empathetic and nurturing mindset coach, devoted to guiding women through transformational journeys of self-discovery, healing and empowerment. Through her own lived experiences, the struggles, the doubts, the moments of feeling lost, she's learned the power of turning inward with love, choosing softness over self-criticism and courageously reclaiming her worth. That inner commitment changed everything.
The Unset the Mindset Retreat was born from that transformation. It's more than a retreat. It's a sacred pause from the noise, a space where you can reconnect with your truth, awaken your creative essence and remember the powerful woman you truly are. Terms and conditions
Deposit and payments
A £300 deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is not secured until the deposit has been received. The retreat fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. If you choose a payment plan, a separate agreement and invoice will be sent once your deposit has been received.
Balance payments
For pay-in-full bookings, full payment is due at the time of booking. For payment plans, instalments must be paid on the dates outlined in your agreement. Late or missed payments may result in loss of your retreat place without refund.
Cancellations and refunds
The retreat is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the retreat be cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made, including your deposit and balance, will be returned in full.
Travel and insurance
Flights, visas (as applicable) and travel insurance are not included. It is your responsibility to have adequate travel and health insurance covering retreat activities, travel delays or cancellations. We highly recommend booking flexible flights and securing your insurance as soon as possible.
