This week I am putting the spotlight on another one of the fantastic contributors to The Stress Prohibited Summit. With such a wealth of valuable information and insights shared, it made perfect sense to create a blog series, so this exceptional advice could be recorded and used by many more of you in the future. Welcome to blog number four!

Kubra Ozguvenc

Kubra is a coach, author, and speaker who is on a mission to inspire and encourage women to live their life to their full potential. As well as this, she is also a scientist and loves to share ways to combine science and spirituality to shift one's reality with ease & joy. Kubra started the "Be Boldly You Movement" to support more women so they can show up unapologetically and boldly in life, love, and business.

As a coach, she shares over a decade of experience with her clients, including her experience of fibromyalgia as a direct effect of stress. Her aim in sharing her experiences is to show how to transmute similar issues into something good. Kubra says, ‘it's my life purpose to share the importance of worthiness and how it can heal one's life.’ Kubra also shares a personal story of when she went from paralysation (due to fibromyalgia) to becoming a healer - even though she is a sceptical scientist!

Kubra believes that we stress out only if we are doing something that isn't aligned with our purpose and potential, and that is only because we don't understand the concept of worthiness; when we get to grips with this, we can know ourselves better.
