“I’m Raewyn Guerrero, The Gutsy Executive Coach, committed to helping you eliminate the guesswork around your anxiety, burnout, insomnia and stress, so that you can fine tune your biochemistry and become the CEO of not only your health, but your Life.

I integrate nutrition with psychology to bring about rapid transformation in the mental and physical health of individuals and organisations. I’ve trained in Psychology, CBT Hypnotherapy and Functional Medicine, and led a Corporate Wellness Program at a multinational bank from 2011-2016.

Having spent years chasing and masking symptoms with medications, I kept searching for answers to my Anxiety, IBS and Migraines, until I finally found Functional Medicine.

Now I want to ensure that everyone is aware of how capable the body is of healing itself if you are willing to investigate, identify the HIDDEN Stressors (Hormones, Immune System, Digestion, Detoxification, Energy Production and Nervous System) and give it what it needs.

I burnt out in 2016 but not one of my various doctors were able to help me. All they could offer was medication. I now help people understand how their entire body is giving them clues, and how they can tune in and reverse the damage they’ve done through personalising their nutrition.

The gut-brain gut-hormone connection is real. I’m on a mission to awaken as many people as possible to the innate wisdom of their bodies, so they’re no longer victims but are in total control because they’ve got the power in their own hands.”
