If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or craving a moment of emotional ease, this women’s mental wellness community is your sanctuary.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN EACH SESSION

Every 60-minute MWL session follows a three-part wellbeing framework that supports mental clarity, nervous system calming, and mind-body connection.

1. RECONNECT — Cognitive & Reflective Practice

Designed to quiet the mind and increase self-awareness, this portion includes:

  • Mindfulness journaling

  • Reflective prompts

  • Gentle emotional check-ins

2. RECHARGE — Somatic & Emotional Regulation

This is where emotional tension softens through somatic practices like:

  • EFT tapping for stress relief

  • Breathwork for anxiety reduction

  • Nervous system calming techniques

3. REDISCOVER — Mind-Body Imagery & Visualisation

A guided inner journey using:

  • Meditation

  • Guided visualisation

  • Relaxation imagery

This supports emotional reset, inner calm, and mental wellbeing.

£30/Session

You receive:

You don’t lose energy because you’re weak.
You lose it because your body has been protecting you for too long.

That’s why Chapter 2: Boost Your Energy isn’t about motivation, supplements, or pushing harder.

Inside the Mental Wellness Lounge, we work with the nervous system, not against it.

We release what’s draining you.
We stop the quiet energy leaks.
We teach your body how to feel safe enough to restore itself.

Energy doesn’t always come back through routines, plans, or productivity.
Sometimes it returns when your body finally feels safe enough to exhale.
